Caritas Health Shield is Stepping Up their Online Game... With FAKE Reviews and Testimonials!

In a blatant display of incompetence, Caritas Health Shield has resorted once again to spamming.

While their text spam tactics are now underground, they now have resorted to spamming the web. I thought they were just about reporting my blog HMO Karma. Turns out, they have another tactic which I discovered today. What else are up your sleeves eh?

Caritas Health Shield are spamming their reviews on Google Maps.

They've got a much-coveted 4.9 star review out there right?

Seems they've got high standards and all. However, if you click on the link marked 8 Google Reviews, you will find fake reviewers such as these:

These are only 2 of the many suspicious fake accounts that reviewed Caritas Health Shield. 

Why Google Reviews About Caritas Health Shield are Fake

1. The profiles I presented above only have 2 reviews and both are about Caritas Health Shield! Strange coincidence.
2. They reviewed the listings at the same time.
3. The reviewers don't have other social media profiles aside from the ones reviewing the company.
4. They have no real pictures. 

I have suspicions about the other accounts as well because it doesn't add up. It's up to you to decide which ones are. Here are the links:

1. Caritas Health Shield Head Office - This location is the easiest to find. This will probably show up when you search for Caritas Health Shield Head Office. Notice that there are 4 people with similar profiles to the next link.

2. Caritas Health Shield - This location is harder to find. You have to go to maps and select profiles about Caritas. 

Friendly Warning to Caritas

If ever someone with authority from Caritas is reading this, here is my friendly advice: Spamming is against Google Guidelines. It may blacklist your website so that you will not appear in search engines anymore. I researched this review policy for you. This is the policy of Google regarding the use of their reviews:

In case it's not clear, here are the highlighted notes:

1. Make sure that the reviews on your business listing, or those that you leave at a business you've visited are honest representations of the customer experience. Honest ha, honest.

2. Reviews should be a genuine reflection of your experience with a place - don't post reviews just to manipulate a place's ratings.

3. Don't spam.

Is Caritas Health Shield Getting Desperate?

I don't know if Caritas Health Shield is getting desperate but it seems that they are lining up their online presence. 

1. They have non-performing, useless ads that costs them $500. (I don't know how my source got this and why he told me it's useless).

2. They are increasing their backlinks. It's apparently for SEO.

3. They are continually increasing the number of their crappy videos on youtube.

4. You judge.
