  1. I cancelled my Health Card in Caritas Health Shield because of a lot of reasons. One they said i can get my money back anytime i want but they did not tell me after i get my card memership in caritas.

    And then they ask me to swipe my debit card to just verify if the machine will accept my debit card and not told that already a transaction.

    So I ask them to cancel my transaction and told me to wait 30 to 40 banking days to bring back my money to my account.

    As of now im still waiting for the 40 days to finish if it will come back to my account or not.

    If not i will file a case against Caritas Health Shield.

    1. Hi. What happen to your refund na po? I was also a victim. Im trying to cancel na din naman kaso pinapabalik pa ako ng Monday since walang office ng sunday. Super hassle.

    2. Hai naku bka pinapaasa ka lang ng mga yan. Need natin 15 days after iavail macancel na.. Ang hirap makipag communicate sa kanila.. Sabi sakin mag email daw sa head office. Hindi naman binigay ung emai address. Sobrang nakastress na kya sila.

      Hi! I became a victim just this Monday, Sep3, 2018. They keep asking for my credit card and I didn't know that was already a transaction. Can you please help me or advise what to do? Ang layo pa nman ng branch nila saken, npadaan lng ako sa mall once at ganun pa nangyari. Macacancel ko pa po ba yun? at paano po kaya? Pls pls help po. I'll check this site everyday to see your response/s. Thank you in advance.

    4. Hi, Debit card kasi sa akin nagsend na ako ng cancellation letter today August 14 ako na victim. 6,700 yujg binawas nila sa akin dahil quarterly ako magbabayad. May blog dito on how to process the cancellation. Iba kasi yung sa akin debit card. So di ako alam pano yung process sa CC mo.

    5. Ano na po nangyari sa mga complaints ninyo? I’m checking this post to check for response every hour di tlaga ako mkatulog. Ang laki pa namn nkaltas sa akin kc yearly ung na charge. i tried calling their hotline not useful naman di dw sa knila ung mga reklamo regarding cancellation or refunds etch. what’s the purpose of 24 hour hotline kung di rin nkka tulong. since OFW po ako i’m worried na pag tumagal pa to since 1 year ulit balik ko sa pinas. Paalis na po ako on Tuesday and monday nkng time ko to cancel which i doubt kung successful. Friday ko lng na avail to and i’m hoping na ma cancel ko. ung pera di ko rin alam mkukuha ko agad or bka sabihan na 30-45 working days, sino po sa inyo ang may same experience as me, i would really appreciate it kung ma share nio po. i’m helpless po tlaga since it’s weekend and no office i can only wait till monday and hope for tge best.

      Hi, ako ung naging victim nung sept3. Nag inquire ako sa bank at need daw ng proof of cancellation from the merchant para sila na ang mag reverse. So I went to the merchant
      4days after nung nangyari. Ayaw nila magbigay ng proof of cancellation, kesyo di daw tlga sila nagrerelease nun at sila na daw ang mag paprocess. Hiningan nila ako ng cancellation letter, na dun ko lng din ginawa so bale handwritten lng since ayaw ko ng pabalik balik at malayo tlga. They said to process it within 30-45days pero nag hysterical ako so sabi nila ayusin nila within 2 weeks. So sana maayos tlga.

      Hi kay OFW, kung aalis kna, mag iwan kna lng ng authorization sa kamag anak mo para sila ng mag asikaso ng cancellation pra sayo. Kelangan follow up lagi. Anong hotline ang binigay sayo? Check ko kung same tayo.

  3. What is their email add.. Sabi ng manager sakin sa sta. Rosa email ko daw head office. Sabi ko ano ang email add. Nila? Isearch ko daw ung email.. E hindi ko nman makita..

  4. Hello guys! Im on the process of cancelation my acquired health card also knowing how i get fooled by one of their representative. I encourage everyone to seek assistance from insurance commision. The more complain the more justification of their wrong doings.

    I am also a victim. gusto ko po iakyat ang kaso at ma refund ung pera ko. uo naka sign ako ng documents kasi scam sila.. nihindi nga nila ako pinabasa, sila ang bumasa paper na sign ko tas pagka basa ko eh mali pala kaya righ after that they took my money kasi sabi for approval lang daw, nag demand agad ako na e cancel ang plan. pero kailang pa daw mag fill up ako ng form for application para ma process ang refund kasi pa d daw ako nag fill up d daw ako ma refund. until now tawag ako ng tawag kailangan daw bumalik ako sa cebu pero not sure king ma process pa daw ang cancellation. eh gagasto pa ako papuntang cebu tapos hindi pa rin ma process ung cancellation so king sinu man ang makatulong sakin please I need help on how to get my money back.

    sino po ba makapagbigay sakin ng email address ng main branch nila and contact number? Please help naman po, nag demand naman agad ako ng cancellation right after na swipe nila ang debit cars ko at nakuha ang pera ko with out my authorization pero nka perma ako sa confirmation kasi mali yong binasa nila sakin, kaso malayo kasi ang cebu branch sakin tas nag punat ako sa malapit na branch nila sabi mag pasa ako ng letter tapos ayon ginawa ko tas may tumawag sa akin sa branch ng sm cebu tas papupuntahin nila ako dun tapos hindi daw sure ma cancel ang plan ko kasi naka perma na daw ako at e che check pa daw yung cctv and ang dami pang kung anu anu. kailangan ba talaga pumunta sa branch kung saan naganap ung transaction? please help naman po.. wala na po akong pera para pumunta pabalik ng cebu branch nila.

    last sept 2017 i started to have health card of caritas..
    then after a year i have lapsed and need to pay it..then i cant sleep and worried always.. almost 150k i payed.. i want to cancel my health..but i used my card for consultation.. thank you for replying..

    1. hala! kamusta na yung sayo? ako, 2yrs na nagbabayad. nitong 24 yung due ng pang 5th payment ko pero di ko nabayaran. kakatawag ko lang kanina sa kanila. kung nakaka 2 and half yrs na daw ako nakakabayad, 10% lang daw makukuha ko. ni hindi ko pa naman nagagamit yung card ko. mabigat sa loob kasi nahihirapan na ako magbayad.

    1. same, nakaka-depress sila. gusto ko mabawi. masaya na ako kahit kalahati makuha ko kaysa sa wala. pakiramdam ko nabudol-budol ako sa caritas. ilang yrs ka na nagbabayad? sayang yung perang pinaghirapan natin :(

    1. Make an Email sa Insurance commission, email address is stated above hanapin mo nalanga sa mga previous comments. Nag email ako nung jan 17 nung 31 lang nagreply bale first step ko to to followup my request.

  13. Mam and sir, kahapon lang po ako victim April 2, 2019 kaso ATM po ang ginamit ko. Napabili nila ako ng Health card worth 34000 sa initial payment... Ano po ba ang safe na way parq ma cancel yun? Pwede ba takasan yung payment? Wag na bayaran? Nakuha kasi nila details ng ATM number ko tapos kinuhaan ng ID pina xerox nila yung ATM saka yung ID. Sa sobrang lito ko po kahapon napabili talaga ako... :( help po

  16. Anu po ba tlga ang ibig sabihin ng TERMINATION VALUE. sa contract kasi, nakalagay "if less than 50% ang nahulog, no termination value". Please po. I need help.

I encourage everyone to file your complain if you can prove na naloko kayo at naiisahan ng mga agent nila which i believe my bleesings from them yan dahil hndi nman ma process yan instantly kng wlang inside job. It takes time nga lng lalo na pag mtgal kna ngbbyad, dahilan nila bkit ngyon lang,jst like in my case late ko na narealize.until now wla prin! atleast i attracted their attention lalo na sa insurance commission. I believe in time matutugunan dn yan. Mail to: publicassistance@insurance.gov.ph. at the same time send complain letter dn sa Caritas office. Have patience lng kesa nman maglaho pera mo na prang bula without doing nothing, they troubled us, they will troubled them back. We will give them someone on their size. Numbers of complain lalo na same cases will give them red alert and later on we attracted relevant agency to deal with it. Good luck and god bless for this people without conscience.

    I filed termination value because yng plan ko sa caritas ay tapos na, sa contract po Kasi my refund k makuha na nkalagay sa contract na 35% ng contract value, ng submit ako ng termination of contract/value last year pa April 2021 pro Jan 2022 na di pa na release yng refund ko. Meron po b dito na nakakuha p ng refund after matapos ang contract nilA sa caritas. Salamat po sa mkasasagot. Stay safe po lahat.
